Millie Marie

was born in McMillan, MI at Nature's Kennel, in August of 2002. She was raised by Ed and Tasha Stielstra. She is an Alaskan Husky and worked in the kennel as a sled dog with the touring groups. The big thing on her resume' is that she completed the U.P. 200 in 2004. She came to live with us in April of 2003. She is definately going to keep me young. She loves to chase balls and swim in any water in the summer. In the winter she still loves sledding, although it's on a much smaller team now. She also enjoys long walks in the woods, where she can find her favorite treat "deer poo". Yuck! Her family nickname is the "swifter picker upper", she has a knack for finding anything to chew on, from beer bottles in the ditches to Solo's tail. She highly endorses any toy from the Kong company. She enjoys chewing on their nearly indestructable kongs and balls. Main Page
