Team Sheets
How do you fill them in?
Every week we fill them in and every meeting we are told to fill them in correctly.
Do you actually read the rule book?

Below is a Ficticious Team Sheet  Generally Filled out.

Read what should be written, in the notes along side.

Team Sheets are used by the General Secretary and Referee's Sec.

The details on the Team sheet are used for many different reasons including F.A Business, in case of complaint and to keep record staright.

Lets all get the Team Sheets correct and remember if a colleague is helping you, make sure they know how to fill out the form also.
Team Sheets must include players surnames and christian names and the number on the Team Sheet must correspond with the number of the shirt worn in the game - Printed and Legible
Teams must include their own goal scorers and the oppositions man of the match
Teams must also assess the referee in the Team Sheet
Please send in correct Team Sheets
The away Team sending in the the Team Sheet must allocate a mark out of 10 for the home clubs hospitality and sportsmanship.

This is a mark of 1 - 5   1 being the lowest, 5 the highest. This should be based on the conduct of Home Team officials, spectators and players.
The result of the game and goalscorers of both Teams must be telephoned to the League Representative no later than 4.00 pm for morning games and 9.30 pm for midweek games by the home club.
Match Books, containing the Team Sheets are available from the League.
Teams must submit a Team Sheet to the referee ( white copy ) and in the changing rooms 10 minutes before kick off.
Teams must submit a Team Sheet to the opposition Team ( green copy ) at the end of the match fully signed and completed.

This is then to be mailed to the General Secretary who must receive it within 72 hours.
