Procedure to make 11 liters of high quality fabric conditioner � Add 500 grams of the Fabric Softener Base into 9 liters of water. � Mix gradually the solution until the Softener Base is dissolved. � Add coloring as desired. � Add at least 1,500 ml of VE 101 (Viscosity Enhancer) into the solution. � Mix the solution gradually until VE 101 is spread evenly. � Add 100 ml of Fragrance Retainer. � Add 100 ml of Floral Fresh Scent or your desired scent. � Store in airtight bottles.
