* Long break! *
Wow, I stopped doing this for a while, until I recently got a e-mail from someone filling out the bf/gf application. I won't say who it was, but thank you for reminding me that people do still in fact find their way to my side of the world every now and then. So let me catch you up on what has been going on in my corner of the world.
Ok, so I left games at Universal...sorta. Bear with me, I will explain. Ok, after a total meltdown, I decided that I needed a change, so I went to Dueling Dragons roller coaster. I LOVED working at the attraction, don't get me wrong, but I found that the grass truely isn't greener on the other side. Yes, there are some things that made it tons more better than games, but I missed all my friends and the 'family' feel we had there. Well, I stayed at Dueling Dragons for about 3-4 months, when I got in some trouble and was forced to transfer. Well, this brings me to the problem I am in currently. LC Games has no full time possitions available, as the same with a lot of the park, so I might be forced into finding another job. Well, my sister mentioned this to my old boss at Checkers, and I might be getting a shift manager possition at another Checkers. I am excited to be back at Checkers, but all these bad memories flood in when I think of it. But since it is a different store, I am hoping that it will be a better change. I won't find out until tomorrow if I get it, but I need a job. In the mean time, my old manager in LC games has given me a few shifts to try to make ends meet, which is turning out to be close to 40 hours. If I DO get the job at Checkers, he has already said he will be more than happy to take me back as a seasonal person and work 1 day a week(that way I keep my annual passes I got via workplace giving).
Ok, as for love life. I left you off with Mike, who I still have no idea what happened to him. I did meet a guy, named Dan. The only thing is that he lived in Rhode Island. He eventually moved to Miami(still far away), but he made a few trips up here in which we hung out. He was a great guy, but I didn't feel the chemistry between us. He seemed more like a friend than a boy friend. After a while, I ended it with him because I couldn't take a long term relationship. He keeps saying he is comming to Orlando, but I will believe that when it happens. Then someone came back, can you guess who? Robby. What can I say, no matter what he does, or how mad I get, I still care for him deeply. Well, after a few rocks in the road and a fight later, him and I FINNALY made it to that point. Yes, him and I actually are dating. We are boyfriends, no doubt about this. I think about him all the time and even though we come from 2 different backgrounds(completely different), I think we are good for eachother. He keeps me social, while I keep him from being over serious.
AND TOMORROW RENT COMES OUT!! THE BEST MUSICAL EVER HAS BEEN MADE INTO A MOVIE AND IT IS GOING TO BE GREAT! I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL IT COMES OUT! So in commemoration, I am going to listen to the CD. If you want other updates, here are a couple other journal entries I have made on other sites. Feel free to check them out for a more detailed version of what I wrote.
