November 10

* KIDS! *

This weekend was so hecktic. Let's start from Friday; I worked at Checkers durring the day and everything was going fine until 5:00 rolled around. The person that was supposed to come in never showed up. It wasn't a big deal then, but it turned out that NO ONE that was supposed to work showed up on time, or at all. The only one to show up was the closer and thank goodness he did. However, he put in his 2 week notice so we basically lost 3 people that night(2 no calls no shows and 1 in two weeks). I managed to get out of there and enjoyed a fairly peaceful night. Saturday I worked at Universal and it was ok. Nothing major happened there. I talked to my boss about checkers and he said he could see about working out a seasonal thing just to see if it will work out. I really want it to because I don't want to leave it there, I love it there. After work, I left to go pick up my niece so I'd have someone to go with me. Luckily my sister was able to go with me so it wasn't all bad. I picked my mom up(which is a hour drive) and she had me do a little running around. It was nice to see her though, I haven't been down there in months. I then drove all the way back and when I droped he off at my sisters, I then went with my roomies to an XBOX/Halo party. It was pretty cool, it was 12 players (4-8) and a lot of fun. I found it funny that the people with only 4 managed to beat the people with 8, but it was all good. The round lasted a good hour or so. After I go home at 2AM, I went to bed and had to get up at 7AM so I could take my mom to the Soap Opera Weekend at Disney's MGM studios. After I droped them off, I then was stuck with my 5 year old niece. Let me tell you that kid is a pain! I took her to Sea World and she did nothing but complain the entire time. I want this, I want that...I only had $20 and that doesn't take long to spend at a theme park. I was stuck with her till 7PM and I now realize how much I DON'T want kids...at least not for a very very very very very very very very very very long time. After getting lost on the way home and driving to Melbourne and back, I FINNALY got home around 1AM. Then I was awaked today by my friend because her car died and she needed a jump. I tell ya, it is a pain to be dependable sometimes. Well, that's all I got today, I gotta work at checkers today from 4-CL so I'll be home around 2AM. Laterz!
