* Long Day *

Last night was my first day at Universal Studios. It was my first of four orientations/training that I have to do before I am out in the studio with all the guests. I had a really great time there learning all the things I needed to know. It was more entertaining because the "team" that trained us were both actors and they knew how to make us laugh. I was so unbeliveably nervous when I got there, I had no idea what to expect; but as you can tell everything went fine. As far as the checkers focus, I'm not sure what we got. I had to leave before the guy even showed up. I'm sure we did fine, but it would have been better if everyone had shown up. There is one girl that didn't show up because she over slept. We understand because she is on medication, but she knew how important it was for her to be there. I'm afraid that she is in fear of loosing her job, but I don't honestly think she cares. Anyhow, my plans are for today is to get my hair cut, get my pay check from checkers, and if time allows, go to Universal and look around Islands of Adventure for a while, especially the Lost Continent. Well, I better go get ready, I have a long week ahead of me. I start a new job and college starts back up. Well, later days!
