* Changing Jobs *

Last Saturday when I worked at Universal, I realized something. I was 20 times happier working there than at Checkers. I had friends, someone to talk to, it wasn't mad busy, and when it was busy, it was at least fun cause your playing games. Therefor, after some thought, I decided to leave Checkers and go to Universal. Now I know you may be thinking, "But James, you make $8.00 and hour at Checkers and only $6.70 at Universal, are you crazy!!", well yes I am! But you have to add in this, Universal pays weekly, so I should have no problem staying up to date with bills easier. Also, Universal isn't stubborn about overtime. I can go work at either Toon Games or USF Games and get overtime on my days off. I will also be working at Checkers still as a closing Manager at Checkers on Mondays, so it's all good. I figure in the long run I will make just as much money and be happier. Plus I will be away from working with my sister, roommate and other close friends. I love them to death, but it makes it hard to work with those you love and live with. So far I have put in my 2 weeks at checkers and attempted to call Universal to let them know, unfortunatly my main boss is off for the next few days, so I'll have to give him a call back, but I did let the other manager know that I couldn't work this Saturday due to stupid Checkers but I will take the full time possition available. Well, I need to go take a shower and all that fun stuff, I have a GM meeting to go to for Checkers so it won't be too bad.
