"The Candy Bomber" 50 years ago he dropped Candy from an airplane at the end of WWII to children of war-torn Berlin "Operation Shining hope". He did the same thing again recently to the Kosovar Albainian Refugees "Operation Little Vittles". He has book out "The Berlin Candy Bomber"
