While still playing basket ball for BYU Cougers Danny was playing baseball for the Toronto Blue Jays. He knew playing baseball was a mistake so he went on to play basketball for the Boston Celtics he has recently announced he has retired from being the Pheonix Suns basketball coach to spend more time with his wife and children. Danny Ainge works with the Childrens Miracle Network and Special Olympics. He owns and operates National Hat Club. Danny is now a NBA TV analyst.
