Larry & Debbie Pfennig

Larry & Debbie started dancing in the early 80's in Sidney, Montana. Larry began calling in 1988 when the Sidney club caller developed a terminal illness. When in Sidney, Larry's calling area enlarged to eastern Montana, western North Dakota, from Regina, Sask., to the black hills of South Dakota and a little into Wyoming. In 1998, Larry and Deb moved to Mandan, North Dakota, where he continues to call in the surrounding area. Larry has been on caller staff for many North Dakota State Conventions as well as several International (Canadian/American) conventions. He is a past president of the North Dakota Caller's Association, BMI and ASCAP licensed, and a member of American Callers Association. He is the club caller for the Bis-Man Plus Club. Larry also instructs new dancers for the Belles & Beaus Square Dance Club in Bismarck.

Larry and Deb have 2 sons and 1 daughter, 2 granddaughters and recently a grandson. Larry & Deb continue to work full time in Bismarck, but when the opportunity arises, they are gone weekends calling for various clubs in the state and surrounding area. They enjoy meeting new dancers during their travels as well as renewing acquaintances of the "veteran dancers" they have met in the past.
