YOUTH DIED THURSDAY IN HOSPITAL (Sullivan Progress)
        Junitha Bridges, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Haskel Bridges, passed away at St. Mary's Hospital, Decatur, at 3:25 Thursday afternoon, March 14. She was born July 2, 1956, in Nashville, Tenn. Her parents moved to Sullivan about 9 months ago. She is survived by her parents, a brother, Merle, and sisters, Jane and Ruth, all at home; a sister, Mrs. Sue Whitaker of Lovington; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Bridges, of Sullivan, and Mrs. Marie Shockley of Fountain Run, Ky. Funeral services were held on Sunday afternoon at 1:30 at the Southern Baptist Church, conducted by Samuel Eaton. Interment was in Keller Cemetery. Pall bearers were Reuben White, Danny White, Junior Meador, and James Meador. Arrangements were in charge of the McMullin Funeral Home, Sullivan.

RITES HELD SUNDAY FOR JUNITHA BRIDGES (Decatur Herald & Review)
        Funeral services for Junitha Bridges, daughter of Haskel and Clara Bridges, were held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the Southern Baptist Church, the Rev. Samuel Eaton officiating. Burial was in Keller Cemetery at Lovington. Pallbearers were Junior Meador, James Meador, Reuben White, and Danny White. McMullin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Junitha was born in Nashville, Tenn., July 2, 1956 and died at 3:25 p.m. March 14 in St. Mary's Hospital at Decatur. She leaves her parents; a brother Merle, sisters, Jane and Ruth at home and Mrs. Sue Whitaker ofLovington; grandmother, Mrs. Marie Shockley of Fountain Run, Ky; grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Bridges of Sullivan.
