GINGER GAY SLOAN -- (Franklin Favorite -- December 24, 1985)
Ginger Gay Sloan, 11, of Franklin, died December 16, 1985, at her residence. Services were held December 18 at Booker Funeral Home with Bro. Ronnie Spears officiating. Burial was in Shady Grove Cemetery. A native of Simpson County, she was the daughter of the late Herschel E. Sloan, Jr. and Mrs. Patricia Hite Sloan of Franklin, who survives. Other survivors include six sisters, Mrs. Wanda Spears, Mrs. Shelia Hinton, Miss Teresa Sloan, Mrs. Peggy Turney and Miss Jeannie Sloan, all of Franklin, and Mrs. Linda Webb of Russellville; and her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Della Sloan of Franklin.
