As you can see....my cakes can be fairly simple to extremly difficult. I am usually not afraid to 'tackle' anything. A 'simple' birthday cake will usually take about 2 hours from start to 'tadaa'. But......a wedding cake can take up to 10 hours. This wedding cake, I made for my nephew Mike and his bride Becky, it only took a little over 6 hours.......My two sisters helped. Thanks guys. |

I do cakes locally, however, I went out to San Diego, Ca. to do my nephews wedding cake. So, if you need a cake done in.....say Hawaii.....if you can get me there......I'll do your cake. ;o) |
