All new pilots will start at the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. This will serve as your recruitment period and will let other members know that you are new to the Squadron.
1st Lieutenant
You can expect to make 1st Lieutenant within the next 3-4 weeks. This promotion will be automatic and will show that your recruit period is over.
Captain
Potential Captains shall be selected from those who hold the rank of 1st Lieutenant. Essentially we are looking for pilots who show good conduct, teamwork and play often. Captains shall be selected and promoted by myself (Jet). Note: The number of Captains and subsequant ranks after Captain shall depend on Squadron size.
Major
Potential Majors shall be selected from those who hold the rank of Captain. A successful candidate should be committed to the Squadron. We will be looking for good leadership skills and a williness to progress. At this stage you should be supporting and encouraging new members of the squadron. Majors shall be selected and promoted by myself (Jet).
Lieutenant Colonel
Potential Lt. Colonels shall be selected from those who hold the rank of Major. Lenth of service and achievements will be taken into account. Lt. Colonels shall be selected and promoted by myself (Jet).
Colonel
Potential Colonels shall be selected from those who hold the rank of Lt. Colonel. This is the highest rank you may reach before becoming a Council Member. Promotion to Colonel will be subject to a vote by the Council Members
Brigadier General
Command Pilot with a non council position, with a pivitol responsibility to the clan.
Major General
Advisors to the council with imput but not voting rights
Lieutenant General
At this rank you will become a Council Member. This will depend on either Squadron size or if there is a vacant position. Potential candidates will be selected by myself. The successful candidate will be decided by a vote from the existing Council Members.
General
The General is second in command of Pheonix Squadron.
