All members are asked to conform to the code. The code is here to uphold the good name of the squadron and ensure that everyone enjoys their game.

(1.1)  No swearing on either the servers or voice communication.
(1.2)  Be respectful to other members, players and senior ranks.
(1.3)  No firing on other player's ships (Unless in accordance with the Rules of Engagement ).
(1.4)  Aid other members and pilots where possible.
(1.5)  Uphold the good name of the Squadron at all times.
(1.6)  All new members must be 16 years or over and voted in by the Council.
(1.7)  Members cannot belong to any other Freelancer clan (except server Admin).
(1.8)  No other person may use your clan ID.
(1.9)  Do not engage in acts of piracy or toll other Freelancers.
(1.10) Those who wish to run a lisenced Squadron SHOP with -P|S- tags will be required to  make a monthly tribute to the PS armoury in the way of weapons for supply to other members. Amounts of tribute to be negotiated.
(1.11) Obey all other Server Rules and Regulations that apply.



Rules of Engagement


You may only open fire on another player controlled ship when:-


2.1  You are fired upon first.

2.2  To defend another player who is fired upon without provocation (Ie: To protect other players from acts of piracy).

2.3  When challenged to a duel and the duel has been accepted by both parties.

2.4  You may fire on any ship that belongs to a clan Pheonix are at war with.

2.5  If you have been verbally insulted by another player (Screenshots required).

2.6  To assist Lansdale Police, (permission from the police required).

2.7  To assist other Pheonix pilots.

2.8  To defend the Server against hostile invaders.


The following additional rules apply:-

3.1  Always give carefull consideration before firing on another player and make sure your decision is justified. You may be required to present the reasons for your actions to the Council.

3.2  You may not fire on another tagged clan member as this will be considered an act of war. If fired upon by another clan, inform the council imediately who will take the necessary action.

3.3  Any member who is found to be breaking the Code of Conduct will be subject to disiplinary action which may include demotion or even dismissal.
