(HBC) A sexual harrassment case has rocked the Court of Amber where
Princess Breyd of Amber assaulted the Laird Carlton of Inverness by
pinching his hind quarters and making lacivious comments. The Princess
who was arrested later by Mecklenberg commandos in open shadow was found
drunk and covered with her own vomit. She was later found freed by
Lupinian troops.
The scandelous conduct provoked a diplomatic incident where Carlton tried to reneg on moneys and gifts to the Amber Monarch in protest. This was not to happen as Suhuy transfered funds to Kingdom of Amber debts. It is also learned that Oberon is paying off the debts to Suhuy for Random, Finndo, Bleys, Jasra, Eric, Paolo and Random's second reigns.
Meanwhile Carlton is in a diplomatic kerfuffle with Imperial Amerika for stealing Art's main squeeze the mercenarial Princess Lucy who deserted from Haven to become friendly with Art. Now she is looking at becoming the Walis Simpson of Inverness. Maybe Carlton would be better with a fresh and perky lass like Breyd and send the third hand Mecklenberg tart back to Haven where she can sell orange juice ads on TV.
I am not a Meck! Or third hand goods! And Carl did not steal me away from Art. I was not dating Art in the first place. I left Imperial Amerika for my own reasons (not that anyone will believe that, bunch of gossips).
Why do I bother even looking at the news anymore?
