Ever wanted to draw a smiley but not good at pixel art? Ever wanted to easily create tons of smileys quickly for your message board? Well you have found the correct program to do so. Make A Smiley has way over one trilion different possible combinations to help you make the smiley to express your self the way you want. Once you have created a smiley you can either save it as a .mas (takes up only 44 bytes) or export it as a .bmp.
