S.A.C. MINUTES February 1, 2001
The February meeting of S.A.C. featured a recruitment potluck dinner for incoming 9th grade students and their families. Approximately 250 students, family members and LCPA staff attended the potluck. Chris Bomah-Swaray, S.A.C. co-chair, made welcoming remarks and introductions. Principal Harold Hawkins presented LCPA program information. Mr. John Veal, IB/AP Coordinator, presented an overview about the International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement programs. The ROTC Color Guard, LCPA String Quartet, ROTC Drill Team and LCPA Choral Ensemble made presentations.
