2. Why So Many Fallout ? It takes a certain mindset to succeed in MLM. You must love to connect with people. Those I see succeeding in this business usually are those that love to "network". Everyone is an opportunity. The line between privacy and public is blurred. Their house is a open house. They make themselves useful. |
3. What does it take to be succesful ? In network marketing, many start off wrong. They see the promises. The numbers. The techniques. The rah-rah-rah. But the successful ones see it as a business. Yes BUSINESS. Not part-time, casual or freelancing. |
4. You Must Love The Product : Or at least have some experience with it. Afterall you are going to sell those products. |
5. Remember Its a Sales Job ! Network Marketing is a Sales Job. If you not been in sales or business before then you must start thinking prospecting, recruiting, convincing, persuading, cajoling negotiating and closing. In short manipulating peoples mindset. And that put some people off Network marketing |
6. Its a people business ! Work with people you like to work with. No point working with people who are negative or critical. Work with likeminded people. |
7. ATTITUDE ! This is an attitude game. You must eat, live and sleep Network Marketing. You will need the motivation and drive. Just like any other business. You need to believe. |
8. Its a NUMBERS GAME ! and also TIME ! The name of the game is to keep on showing the plan. Talking to people. The basics of sales. Its a probability game. The more you people you talk to the more chances you get to convince. Eveyone is at different stages of their lives. |
9. Don't EXPECT A MIRACLE ! It takes Time What you sow today you will reap in future. That is the Miracle. Just give out biz cards after Biz Cards, and Time will do the rest. People's circumstances change, Seasons change and your card is there. Dont expect instant result. |
10. PERSPECTIVE : SEE THE BIG PICTURE ! Keep reminding yourself the big picture. Treat it as a business. Have a "board meeting" with your "partners". Set up KPIs - Key Performance Indicators. Set short, medium and long term goals. Work with your team leader. |
