We finished half the distance in 3.5 hr, 1hr faster than our practising time,
but something wrong with my left knee gradually started since then.
Our one-man support team, 戴Sir, brought us our lunch : marcaroni
赤馬 WT015 was 馬志龍(小吉) 李偉健, me and 黃健榮
After the peaks in stage 5, the knee pain became obivious on every steps,
which was most painful during decending.

and taking the glory
We finished in 7hr 47min. (The official timing was 7hr 36min,
but many said that they got that 10 min discrepancy as well.)
It was a pity that
I could not go any faster with the aching knee during the whole second
half. Though the finishing time was strong enough to put us on 9th
of the 50 km team category!
