This is my 14th help request over the last 14 weeks on case 1625111 (page counters reset to zero). Responses to earlier requests assured that the "problem will be looked into". So far I've received no help. The site activity report often displays only partial information for the current day. Total page counts are now half of actual and erratic. I'm not sure what "reloading your domain" means. I have found that reloading the site statistics page gives slightly more hits than with the original loading. Subsequent reloads don't improve matters. There remain pages for which I havent' seen the statistics for months.

As a workaround, you may be able to "unstick" your Site Statistics by loading your domain several times in the web browser. This should cause
the Site Statistics page to properly display your stats.
Please be aware that this is a workaround while we address the root cause of this issue. If your Site Statistics page begins to misbehave
again, using the workaround again should provide a temporary "fix".

Total stats increased briefly following the 12/14 message. However when I click on "stats" of individual pages (Fig2) the summary report says "no data". When I refreshed the main stats page it reverted to the situation as of 12/13 (Fig1) where it has remained. Pages with missing stats fall into 3 classes. In the largest class stats have totally disappeared (zeroes of Fig1). In the second class counters register on rare occasions and in the third (smallest) class large runs of daily stats (see 12/12) are missing.

If anything my total hits are drifting downwards. My "interesting.html" page, which had several thousand hits, recently reset to zero. In contrast to most of the reset pages this one has begun (from zero) accummulating hits.

My statistics reappeared briefly after I received this message, but then disappeared again. If it's any help, some pages are erratic. They're zeroed most of the time, but occasionally visible.
