All formal essays must . . .
include a header in the upper right-hand corner of the page with the                following information
Student's Name
Class title and Period
Date handed in
Example:
Laura Killian
English III 4th
August 4, 2003
be typed or neatly printed in blue or black ink
be double-spaced ( if typed, in size 12 font)
include an original title, centered at the top of the page below the header
be stapled in the upper left-hand corner for multiple-page assignment
