*We will use LCCTG Direct Professional custom software to repair your PC if needed OR if you do not have any Antivirus or Anti-Spyware of your own, and remove it afterwards..But if you wish we can supply you with FREE software from a company whom offers it's software FREE OF CHARGE, whom is NOT affiliated with us in any way. (e.g, Free Ad-Aware Anti-Spyware, And AVG Antivirus Free Edition..To name a few. Don't worry, we trust the companies we would give you, our CEO uses Ad-Aware Himself!)
**INHOME Means that one of our TRAINED technicians will come to your home or office and perform the services requested while you wait. Payment is expected in FULL at time of sertvice VIA money-order, Personal Check or cash..50% down in CASH is acceptible during certain circumstances with remaining balance paid within 5 business days. (Look over their shoulder if ya want to, they will answer most to all questions possible about their work!)
***DEPOT Means that one of our TRAINED technicians will come and collect your merchendise and return it when it is repaired and payment is satisfied.
