Unpermitted Above Ground Fuel Storage Tank
Definition:   A device for storing fuel above ground in a manner which minimizes environmental and safety hazards associated with this activity.

Purpose:    To describe minimum recommended pollution control practices for all fuel storage tanks not subject to the requirements of the Kansas State Storage Tank Act.

Conditions Where Practice Applies:
     a. Above ground fuel storage tanks of less than 660 gallons for commercial and less than 1100 gallons for private use are present, and in conjuction with irrigation engines and farmstead fuel centers.
