On Playing

I. All members of the Legion will be Iksar only, with specific exception mentioned later. There will be no discrimination or persecution based on real life race, gender, religion, or orientation.

II. All members of the legion will assist another Iksar in need if it is possible, for if we don't watch out for our own, who is worthy to?

III. We will obey the laws of the land, with regards to the 'play nice policy', because we are superior to the other races, not reckless vermin.

IV. Our word and actions, both on and off the field of battle we will carry ourselves as true masters. Our word will be true, our knowledge extensive and our skills on the battlefield unmatched. To do less would be to shame all Iksar everywhere.

On Outlanders

V. Outlanders, as a rule will not be admitted into the guild. If however an outlander wishes to carry the name of the legion, will acknowledge the Iksar as the superior race and vow to serve it without question, and there is a majority of officers who support the outlanders admission, an outlander may be admitted as a slave to the legion. Such a member should be expected to be treated as such, but conversely, slaves are valuable commodities and should not be overly mistreated.

VI. Alliances with the various outlanders is permitted, either long term with their various factions, or simply short term for a simple expedition, providing the arrangement is advantageous. To not allow such interaction would unduly limit our efforts and us. Individual alliances are left to the individual. The Officers will determine formal alliances between guilds.

On membership

VII. The guild is encouraged to grow. Should a potential member wish to join the guild, they are to contact a current member. That member is to contact an officer if they are willing to act as their representative though the guild chat channel.

On Officers

VIII. The guild leader or the current body of officers will select officers.

IX. There should be a minimum of 1 guild leader, and one officer for each class, or 1 officer for every 10 members, whichever is greater.

X. Each officer is responsible for taking a turn at arranging a guild event. One officer is required to do such an event per week, on a rotation schedule. The event itself, level range, etc is left to the officer's discretion.
