| Lucas York Black was born on November 29th 1982 to the parents of Jan and Larry Black, making him their third and youngest child. Lucas has had no training in the profession, his acting ability is something that has come naturally to him, but it is not where his heart is. Up until recently it was said that Lucas would have love to be a professional bass fisherman, and would have liked to have studied fish biology at college. According to recent articals, Lucas' interest in golf has increased and it seems that he is aiming his future at one more involved in the sport, supposedly wanting to run his own golf course. Along with this bit of information, it was said that Lucas would like to make his dream of running a golf course financially possible by funding it with some of the money he makes from his acting career, which is of course good news for all of his fans. Golf is not the only sport Lucas enjoys, hunting, football, and basketball a some of the others he has participated in. He currently lives in Speake Alabama, and even missed the premiere of "Crazy in Alabama" so that he could play in a football game at school. While reamaining level headed, Lucas Black has overcome the stereo typed "Child Actor" life style, and become a respectable actor, to whom many look up to and admire. |
