Kick Techniques
1. Front 2. Roundhouse 3. Side 4. Back
5. choon-bee.  Duck left.  Right side kick.
6. choone-bee. Duck left. Round house kick.
7. Right foot push kick.
8.Left foot forward into fighting stance.  Left hand inside/outside block/grab.  Right hand grab.  Roundhouse head.
9. Choon-bee.  Step left.  Right hand inside/outside block/grab. 
Right foot side hook kick to head.
10. Right foot back fighting stance.
Right outside/inside.  Left spinning back axe kick.
11. Step into left foot forward fighting stance.  Left inside/outside block/grab. 
Right foot side kick to armpit.
Self Defense
1. A grab your right with their left.  Step right into horseback. 
Pull right hand free and do right chop to neck.
2. A grabs your right wrist with their right hand.  Step forward with left,
Left hand palm strike to right wrist.  Right hand reverse chop to throat.
3.A grab right bicep with their left. 
Do elbow thing.
4. A grabs right shoulder with their left. Step with right/twist slightly left/put right hand on elbow and left on left wrist.
Roll elbow.

A grabs belt with their left hand.  Step with right.  Right fist under elbow/left hand under your fist and lift.
6.
A grabs belt from behind with their left. Step back with left foot.  Swing right hand back to hook elbow and grab your left hand and pull foward.
7. A grabs your hands from the back.  Right heel kick to groin.  Pull left hand free.  Grab with right/pivot 180 degrees right. 
Wrist lock.

A does left arm single choke hold. Step with right behind their feet/Right arm sweep across chest.
9. A grabs collar from behind with left hand.  Step with left foot behind A's left foot.  Place inside of left elbow on outside of A's left elbow.  Grab your left hand with your right and pull down.
10.
A does double choke hold. Step with right behind A's feet and right arm between you and A.  Reach up pull hair and pull to ground.
11.
A grabs your right wrist with their left hand.  Turn wrist so knuckles are down, grab.  Lift and right foot side kick to armpit.
HOME
Hand Techniques
1. Right Foot.  Left
knife block. Right center punch.
2. Right foot.  Left
center punch. Left knife defense. Right face punch
3. Right foot into horseback.  Right outside/inside (palm heel) block.  Right
elbow.
4. just like #3. Add Left

5. Right foot into horseback.
Right outside/inside (palm heel).  Right chop to neck.

Left palm heel to elbowright ribs/left kidney/right face
7. Right foot.
Left knife. Right chop to temple
8. Left foot into front stance. 
Left knife block/grab.  Right elbow to face.
9. Right horseback.  Right outside/inside block. Right elbow.  Right backfist. Right hammerfist grab and     pull...
10. Step right.
Right inside/outside knife block/grab.  pivot on right.  Left hand on their right shoulder.  Sweep their right foot, pull with right and push with left.  Bring their arm to 12:00 and push on wrist.
11. Step left fighting stance. 
Left knife defense block.  Double chop collar.  Grab neck, right knee to stomach.
