Chapter Twelve
The night had come for the double date. Ice and Goten were excited about the trip. They were going to Disneyland. Xenta figured it would be safe for them because no one at AH would ever go there. Piccolo was still apprehensive about the whole dating but Xenta reminded him who got them into the whole mess. Xenta was ready to have fun with the fake dating. She was going to pull out all the stops if Piccolo wanted to live this lie then he would get the whole thing.
Alright something to wear, Xenta looked through her clothes, Piccolo got me into this mess and now he gets to pay. She laughed and pulled out a black tee shirt. She slipped it on over her light blue skin. The shirt tied up the front and pushed her breasts to the point of popping. She pulled out her tight black jeans and pulled them over her legs.
Im sure Mr. Stoic will love this, she looked at herself in the mirror, Ooo I look hot. She pulled out a small white box and dug through it. She pulled out a silver ring with a deep blue stone.
This will do nicely. She slipped it on her right ring finger and kept digging. After a pit of a struggle she pulled out a necklace wrapped around another ring. The ring was white gold with a blood red stone. She slipped it on the middle finger of her left hand. Her necklace was a thin braded gold chain. The charm was of two panther heads back to back, one snarling and the other biting.
Trosa Broten help me, she sighed holding the charm in her closed hand. There was a knock at the door.
Come in Ice, Xenta called taking her chain and sliding it over her head. The door opened and closed behind her.
Im almost ready, Xenta said shutting the box and putting it away.
Eja I want to talk to you, someone who obviously was not Ice said.
Frieza, Xenta turned around. how can I help you?
My daughter told me that the two of you were going to some amusement park and will be gone all night, he said, and I am not sure about this.
Well Ice wanted to spend some time with me outside the palace. Well be fine back at my apartment for the night and you have my cell number, Xenta said turning to her vanity.
So nothing will happen to her, he asked.
Lighten up Frieza and let her live. And Ill be there, Xenta said grabbing her brush and running it through her hair.
Alright she can go, he agreed, but do you really think that is an appropriate outfit for the night?
Ice isnt s child anymore she knows that people dress like this, she told him, and this is what works for tonight. This will make Piccolo regret saying anything at all.
Tell her to meet me in front in about ten. Ive got to take care of something, Xenta told him just before he left. She turned back to the mirror.
I can handle this.
<Of course you can>
What do you want?
<To remind you of why you are here>
I know why Im here
<Why then? >
To find the deliverer.
<How will any of this help you accomplish that? >
I dont know. But its not like I can tell anyone the truth.
<Youre becoming soft>
You dont even know me!
<But I do little Terra>
Who are you?
<A friend>
Why do you torment me?
<Im trying to help>
How is this helping?
<I am trying to remind you of something>
What?
<Not what who>
Who then? Who?
But there was no answer. Tell me. The intruder had left her mind again. It confused Xenta greatly that this person was able to communicate with her mentally. It was only believed that those who really loved each other could accomplish such a fret, and no Washin she knew could do it. Or Devon for that matter. She took one last look in the mirror, adjusted her top and transported to the front.
Come on Ice lets go, Xenta said.
Nice outfit Eja. I really like the top, Ice complimented as they walked away from the palace.
Thanks. Its Piccolos favorite, Xenta smiled evilly.
Piccolo and Goten were waiting in the city for the girls. Form there they would use instant transmission to get to the park.
So howd they rope you into coming, Goten asked.
Im here to keep an eye on you, Piccolo told him.
Ice told me that you and Xenta are dating, Goten said suddenly.
Around Ice you are to call her Eja, Piccolo avoided the subject.
Well are you, Goten asked
Eja and I, he stressed her name, are coming along to make sure you behave. We are chaperones and if Ice thinks otherwise let her. These are things she cannot know. We are lucky she hasnt questioned that fact that you know me.
You need to lighten up some Piccolo, Goten told him, dates are to have fun on.
Yeah Piccolo, Xenta laughed walking up to them, or have you forgotten all the good times weve had? the two guys turned to look at the new arrivals.
Ice you look so beautiful, Goten smiled walking to her and kissing her on the cheek.
Thank you Goten, Ice blushed. Piccolo couldnt bring himself to say anything to Xenta. In return for his silence she smiled evilly. There were a few tense moments there where Ice and Goten didnt know what to say but Xenta took care of that.
Speechless as always I see, she said more to Piccolo than the others, and here I thought this was your favorite shirt. She did a small pout and arched her back to push her cleavage into his face.
No, yes, I mean wait, Piccolo rambled.
See Ice this is how you want your men, speechless but pretty, Xenta laughed patting Piccolos cheek then lightly racking her nails across as well.
Hey, Goten and Piccolo shouted realizing the insult to all men.
Come on lets go, Xenta said and the others agreed. They all used instant transmission and left the city. This is going to be one interesting night was the thought on everyones minds as they headed off to the happiest place on earth.
Agent Silver lay on the cold metal table in Den Corps hospital room. A small robotic woman was looking her over.
Im fine Demi really I am, she pouted, I dont see why Dende needs me to come see you.
Dende requests that his Silver killer is always in perfect health, Demi reminded Silver.
He treats me like a machine, Silver cried, Its not fair. Im alive I have three hearts! He doesnt love me I bet he doesnt even know how to love!
Open your mouth and say Ah, Demi said ignoring Silvers ranting.
Ot tat I meed him. Sell is better, Silver said with the little wooden stick in her mouth. Demi took the stick and threw it away. She examined Silvers newly regenerated wing.
It looks to have healed perfectly, Demi said, its not sore or anything?
No I told you I am fine, Sliver pouted.
Alright then you are free to go, Demi said, Ill send Dende your results.
Its about time Ive been here forever, Silver hopped off the table and left.  She went back to her room to be alone. She was sick of being around others. Once safely locked in her room she pulled out an old picture. Cell had given it to her before. It was bent in one corner and ripped in another. The picture itself was of a tall stoic green man, much like Dende himself yet different. Silver knew him as one of the enemy. He looked familiar. There was an odd warmth that shot though her body when she looked at the picture.
Cell told me to start with this man. I am to start here in my quest of the truth. But I dont know him, do I? What if this is the man that loved me? But no how could I have loved him back? Those eyes, I could never read into them. But Cell said to start with him. I love Cell so I am going to trust him. She took the picture and slipped it into her pants pocket. I will find you. I want to know what I had.
<Then let me in.>
Ive got to be missing something that can help.
<Let me in I have the answers you seek. Silver please>
If that green man can help me Ive got to try.
<I can help you>
Dende wants to see you, came a voice the communicator in the wall.
Im coming, She told them.
Well Im off to please another green man; you know Lord Dende looks an awful lot like the stoic man. Id ask him about it but I might lose my wing again.
<You cannot block me out forever. I will get through to you like this. The Silver will rise again. The time is near >
She clicked off the light never once heading the person trying to reach her.
Somewhere through the night at Disneyland Xenta almost forgot she was acting. She was having fun, and with Piccolo. He was fun to tease and make up things that would embarrass him. And the oddest thing was happening; he was actually treating her nicer then any of her boyfriends ever really did. He seemed to really care, and not the I care because you might blow my cover kind of care.
What do you want to ride next, Goten asked as they walked though the exit of Indiana Jones ride.
The Materhorn, Ice shouted excitedly.
Splash Mountain, Xenta followed with an evil grin.
Star tours, Piccolo bombed. They turned and looked at him.
Piccolo weve been on that ride seven times, Goten whined.
Its a good ride, Piccolo stood his ground.
As true as that may be it cannot compare to The Haunted Mansion, Xenta reminded him with a wink.
Whats so great about a ride where you can only sit two and ride in the dark, oh, Goten realized.
That would be our second favorite ride, Xenta lied. At least its mine. But sadly we cant ride it because those two are not going to do anything, and its not really Piccolos fault that he hates the real rides.
Now you two, Ice said soberly, leave Uncle Piccolo alone. Piccolo nodded.
Its alright that he is scared of all the good rides and would cry like a baby if he got on one, Ice and the others laughed. Piccolo glared at them with a look of death.
Fine. Well go on Splash Mountain and then the Materhorn, Piccolo folded his arms. They walked off in the direction of Slash Mountain talking and laughing. When they passed the Haunted Mansion Xenta sighed a little. The thought of attacking Piccolo in the dark was burned into her mind. Too bad Id never get away with it. The line was long for the ride but they waited anyway. Thirty minutes later they were still waiting. Piccolo was sanding straight by the wooden gates. Xenta leaned on the polls barely touching his arm. Ice stood across from then with Goten holding her hand.
Im kind of thirsty, she told Goten leaning her head into his so she could whisper to him.
Come on, Ill buy you a soda, Goten offered, Do you guys want anything?
No were fine, Xenta said leaning into Piccolo a little more.
Alright well be back, Goten lead Ice out of the line and towards the soda booth.
You are really enjoying this arent you, Piccolo asked turning to look at her.
I always have fun here, she smiled, itd be better if we could ride the haunted mansion but its for the best not to.
Yes well you know that is not what I meant, he said scanning the crowded instinctively.
This was your brilliant plan, she spoke sarcastically, Im just along for the joyride.
I know I got us into this mess and now we have to ride it out but ah, promise me one thing, he asked looking her up and known.
Depends on what it is, she gave him the courtesy and retuned the favor by giving him the once over.
Never wear that shirt again, he told her.
But its supposed to be your favorite, she smirked leaning over so he could get an even better look down her shirt.
Just do not wear it when Im around again, he seemed to be almost begging her.
Fine, she laughed lightly, Ive got others. Ro I could just go topless. His eyes went wide.
Theres a really long line and Ice had to go to the bathroom, Goten said walking up to them.
Dont women usually go to the bathroom in flocks, Piccolo asked Xenta trying to get her to leave.
Oh how litter you know about women, Xenta scowled, bit Im going to go anyway. I have something to discus with your niece. She walked off toward the bathroom
Are you and Xenta having problems oops I mean Eja, Goten asked not smart enough to realize his talk with Piccolo meant it was all an act. Piccolo sighed. There was another believer in the bizarre and totally unrealistic relationship between him and Xenta.
No! Were just not really into public relationships, Piccolo told him. Its best to keep the boy happy, lie to him and Ice that way he can accidentally tell her the truth.
On I see. Youve got an in the bedroom relationship, Goten used air quotes.
No! Piccolo exploded, its not that either. We just umm, we cant stand PDAs.
Oh right, Goten said, but how do you keep someone like her happy?
What do you mean, Piccolo asked with a raised eyebrow.

Well its just, Ive seen some of the guys she 's gone out with and you dont fit the mold. And of course she hasnt clawed you up yet and she never stays with a guy for every long after she oh my Kami you havent had sex with her yet, Goten almost laughed, how do you do it Piccolo? I mean come on you have eyes.
Its not the right time, Piccolo told the young man, and sex is more then just to fulfill a desire, its about love and mutual caring.
Have you told that to her, Goten asked wide-eyed.
We have our differences but we make it work, Piccolo countered, and I am not saying I had or havent had sex with her.
You havent, Goten told him.
Over in the bathroom Xenta and Ice stood in line. Ice was in front of Xenta tapping her foot. The room itself was very white and pink combined. It sacred Xenta a little to look around so she kept her eyes on the floor
Eja I wanted to ask you a favor, Ice said suddenly causing Xenta to stop counting tiles and look at the girl.
I talked to your father before we left, Xenta told her, I explained to him about this apartment nearby that is perfectly safe. He bought the Bs I handed him very easily. When we get tired well go to apartment for the night. Things are taken are of like always. Almost.
Thanks, Ice smiled, so are you and Uncle Piccolo doing ok?
Yeah of course, Xenta lied, everything is fine. Hes just not used to crowds and all this. We try to keep to ourselves when we go out. You know no PDAs. His rule and all.
Yeah he isnt really a public kind of person, Ice added. Finally they were at the front of the line. Soon they were in and out of the bathroom and back in the line for Splash Mountain. They took their places next to the guys and stayed silent. Goten and Ice were holding hands just happy to be touching each other. Xenta stared intensely at Piccolo memorizing his features. Piccolo stared off into space this whole pretend relationship was getting to him. His last date, real date, had been with someone he cared to forget. But how to forget the one you loved? He shook his head to clear it, Xenta had finally stopped staring at him and now it was his turn to stare at her.
This is the end of the line. I cannot keep hiding from the world. I am going actually work again. My life is capturing Cell. Even if that means pretending to date Xenta. Xenta was good at her job. She could even take it all too far if she really wanted to. They ways she teased him wear getting to him but not really in a bad way. The only problem with her flirting with him in public was that the other guys were not oblivious to her advances. She wanted to have real relationship that the fake one did not get in the way off. They both new she was getting looks from guys in the park but no one was brave enough to approach her with Piccolo there. They were rightly afraid of the tall green stoic man. In truth Piccolo and Xenta could have been a good match if wither would let down their defenses enough to get to know the other.
Thirty minutes later they four of them stood hovering over a picture in Xentas hands.  They were all wet. In the picture was their log from he ride. Xenta had bought the picture just for fun. Ice was in front, her hands up with a big simile. Goten had his hands around her waist afraid she would have fallen out. Then Xenta was behind him. She was smiling her evil grin and winking at the camera both her hands were mysteriously behind her. Piccolo had a look of pure shock on his face. Apparently Xentas hands were in his lap. Piccolos own hands were trying to grasp them and remove them from his anatomy.

Agent Silver waited patiently in the garden for Cell. Den Corp. was really a cover for a compete underground world. On the outskirts of the world was a wall, which no one ever crossed, not even Dende himself. Silver had always longed to find out the secrets that lay just beyond her reach. It was as if sometime long ago, in a dream maybe, there was no wall and the place was filled with love and laughter. Bull shit! Den Corp doesnt know how to love. And I never did either. Until I met Cell. She had examined the wall completely. There was no door and crack in it anywhere. It went from ceiling to floor. The bottom of he wall was caked with dirt and there was little grass even growing near it.  . She looked around again then went back to daydreaming, back to a time where with no wall. It had to of been a dream. The wall had been there as long as she could remember. But she couldnt remember mucho r that far back. And the wall left no room for escape. There was no way to find freedom. I wonder what my life was like before Den Corp. Silver knew she had a life before Dende but it was all clouded in darkness, her mind was a jumbled mess of black, sliver, red, and purple. She could only clearly make out the worlds Dende had told her. I save you. You own me your life and your obedience. She turned and looked at the wall again. Why wont he tell me what happened? Is it really so bad that I might not be able to take it? Who was I before I was Silver?
You were always Silver, my love, Cell answered walking down the path toward her, just not Agent Silver.
So my mane is really Silver, she asked hopefully.
One of them yes, he replied, so many heard you answer to Silver yet very few dared call you such a name.
Why, she wanted to know more. What was the power behind silver?
They all feared the wrath of a demonic angel and her Kold-blooded killer, he stated.
Who were they, she questioned.
Thats enough questions for toady Silver, Cell told her.
Tell me who they were, she demeaned.
In due time, he answered calmly.
Tell me, she growled bearing her fangs at him.
They WERE the worlds greatest lovers until she turned on him and he fled. Both were very close to the Silver and the Silver knew them well, Cell answered in a there happy now? voice.
Do they still live, she asked timidly for fear hes attack.
In the lowest manor yes, Cell answered.
One more question, she asked.
Go on, he waited.
What is behind the wall, she asked pointing in a child like manor.
The wall hides different things to different people. For some it is a family they never knew. Others a past they want to forger. Still others a past they want to fix and of course the pain of all three, he answered no taking his eyes off her,
So its a grave, she stated half questioning half knowing. He thought carefully how to answer her.
You said one question, he said finally walking way from the wall. She followed him. Could Cell have lost someone he loved back there? She walked on now noticing for the first time that this part of the garden had been a battlefield not too long ago. The dirt was just more sprouting grass. She dragged her tail in the dirt and hit some type of cloth. She scooped it up with her tail and took it in her hand. It was ripped in a few places. She couple tell it was blue with a picture on it but it was covered in dirt. She wiped it off a little. She noticed bloodstains and a faded silver eye.
Come on Silver, Cell called. She put the cloth in her pocket and rushed off toward him.
Chibi, Miari, and Marron walked toward the exit at Disneyland. They had been there all say trying to Cheer Marron up/
I cant believe they close this early, Miari complained checking his watch.
I think its for the best, Chibi glanced at Marron, we need to sleep.
And you want to get home to Natalie, Marrons exhausted voce came from beside him. Chibi blushed and tried to ignore the comment.
Hey look isnt that Xenta, Marron asked.
Where, both Trunks looked.
Over there by that really tall guy, she pointed,
Hey yeah it is, Chibi said, lets go say hi.
I dont think thats a good idea, Miari warned.
Why not, Marron asked.
Because that tall guy is Piccolo and well I think they dont want to be disturbed, Miari told them.
What are you talking about, Chibi asked.
Would you want someone to crash your date with Natalie, Miari tired to explain.
No but theyre not, oh, no you dont think, Xenta and Piccolo? But they can hardly stand each other, Chibi grabbed his head, oh it hurts to think like that. Get out! OUT, OUT, OUT! he slammed his fist into the side of his head.
I think its sweet, Marron mused softly.
You would, Chibi said bitterly releasing his head from its beating.
Lets go before they see us, Miari said, and not a word to anyone to else. They both understood. It they told about Xenta and Piccolo then Miari would tell their secrets. Too bad they hadnt seen Goten on the other side of Piccolo. Then maybe they would have understood.
Someone else saw them at Disneyland that day. A blast from Piccolos past, well two actually both out to make sure things were going well. One was the woman who broke Piccolos heart. She was following her new love interest and stopped to see Piccolo and Xenta. She knew something was going on, Piccolo was not himself.
The other follower was there to see Piccolo. She was sent to watch him, collect data, and return home. A small child with the mind of a killer, unknown to her parents that she was alive. A sever year old, a cute little child that could not bee seen as a killer. She had long black hair just like her mother with purple highlights. In her human form she had no antennae or horns and her lips were not their natural pale green, she walked up to Piccolo as if she knew him.
Hi, she smiled. He ignored her.
Im Mika, she continued sweetly. He looked down at her but said nothing.
Im seven, she held up seven fingers. Still Piccolo said nothing.
Those eyes!
I like you, she laughed, youre green. I like green. Piccolo stared blankly at her. Xenta turned around to face Piccolo.
Are you lost little girl, Xenta asked. Mika glared at her but smiled at Piccolo.
No, she said to Piccolo, ignoring Xenta, I see my father right now.
Do you need me to take you to him, Xenta asked not missing the look she received.
No, Mika said shortly.
Not that Id have to go very far., I can go by myself. Then she walked off into the crowd.
Strange little girl, Xenta mused. Piccolo still said nothing.
So familiar. He just looked off into the crowd. There was something out there. He saw the other person watching him. For an instant they locked eyes
You two ready to go, Goten asked turning around.
Yeah, Piccolo said turning away from the crowd.
To the apartment, Xenta laughed.
