| Directions for the LBPW 2003 Season All buses leave from the Long Branch Middle School. Please be promt so that you are not left behind! Hazlet GAMES Hazlet Youth Athletic League Complex 9/21/03 GSP (N)/(S) Exit 117 follow signs to Route 35 South. Once on Route 35 South, just before 2nd traffic light, take the right hand turn-off onto Hazlet Avenue, and continue to the railroad crossing. At the crossing turn right into the parking lot. Field at rear of the lot. Bus Times: LBMS - MM JPW M PW Holmdel GAMES Holmdel HS 8/31/03 GSP (N)/(S) Exit 114 Northbound Exiters turn left and cross over the GSP overpass. Southbound exiters, turn right onto Red Hill Road, (West). At Crawford's Corner Road, turn right. Go to the first traffic light and school will be on the right. Bus Times: LBMS - MM 9:00 am M 10:30 am JPW 12:00 noon PW 1:30 pm Manalapan GAMES Manalapan Recreation Ctr. 9/7/03 GSP (N) Exit 100B Route 33 West, 10 miles to Route 9 North, turn right, and continue 1/2 mile to Monmouth County Route 522 turn-off (Freehold-Englishtown Road), turn right, and go approximately 3 miles to Tennent Road, (town hall on right, back side of Old Tennent Church and cemetery on the right), and turn right. Continue on Tennent Road, and go mile to Church Lane Road, turn left, and proceed past High School to stop sign. Make a right onto Route 522. The Recreation Center is a few hundred yards on the left. Municipal Building, Police and Post Office are on the right. Bus Times: LBMS - MM 7:30 am JPW 9:00 am M 10:30 am PW 12:00 noon River Plaza GAMES Nutswamp Park - Trezza Field 9/28/03 GSP (N)/(S) Exit 109 Northbound exiters keep to the left. Southbound exiters turn left on Monmouth County Route 520 East (Newman Springs Road), stay to the immediate right under the GSP overpass and take the Half-Mile Road turn-off. All exiters at the light cross over Newman Springs Road onto Half-Mile Road. Go to the end and turn right on West Front Street. Turn left at the 1st traffic light, Hubbard Avenue, Hubbard Avenue turns into Nutswamp. Continue past Shadow Lake Village to Gordon Road and turn left. Field at the end of Gordon Road. Bus Times: LBMS - MM JPW M PW Point Pleasant - Games & Practices: Point Pleasant Boro H.S. 10/5/03 GSP (N) Exit 90 bear right on Chambers Bridge Road and proceed to Route 70 East. Turn left. Go to Route 88 East, (bear right) and go 5 traffic lights to River Avenue (Point Pleasant) turn right. Go 7 blocks and turn left, Point Boro High School Field is straight ahead, at the end of the block. GSP (S) Exit 98 Route 34 South to Brielle Circle (Junction 35 and 70). Continue on Route 35 South over the Manasquan River Bridge. Once over the Manasquan River Bridge, just after the 1st traffic light, bear right onto River Avenue (Point Pleasant Beach). Go to Arnold Avenue, turn right. Continue to Route 88 East, turn right. Cross over the canal bridge and go to the second traffic light and turn left on River Avenue, (Point Boro). Go 7 blocks and turn left. HS field will be straight ahead. Bus Times: LBMS - MM 7:30 am JPW 9:00 am M 10:30 am PW 12:00 Noon Wall - Games & Practices: Wall Pop Warner Sports Complex GSP (N)/(S) Exit 98 Route 34 South (stay in left lane) to Monmouth County Route 524 East (Allaire Road). Go around the Route 524 traffic circle to the south side of the Exxon station. Proceed on Route 524 East to first traffic light. (Intermediate School is on the right). Make a left at traffic light; second entrance on right (behind baseball field) will be parking lot and Football fields. Rescheduled at Wall as follows: Mon. Oct. 13th - Mighty Mites @ 6:00 pm; Midgets @ 7:30 pm Tue. Oct. 14th - Jr. Pee Wees @ 6:00 pm; Pee Wees @ 7:30 pm Manasquan - Games & Practices: Manasquan High School GSP (N)/(S) Exit 98 Route 34 South 1 mile to Atlantic Avenue, (approx. 1/4 mile past the Monmouth County Route 524 traffic circle), turn right and bear right on Atlantic Avenue. Go to the Manasquan Circle (Route 35). Go halfway around the circle to the 2nd turn-off, Atlantic Avenue (continuation). High School on the Northwest corner of Atlantic Avenue, and Broad Street. |
