I'm sure most of you reading this know what Facebook is. For those of you who don't know, you're not missing anything, except of course if you haven't found that perfect someone. I will enlighten you on Facebook. It started out as a way to see your social networks and catch up with old friends, but it has transformed into something else. It has become a way for lazy people to talk to their friends and never have to get off their butts. Its also become a dating site where the hot people get all the pokes. If you can't find a hot girl or guy you like on campus, then just scroll down your friends' lists and you will eventually find someone that interests you. I swear, I have had more random guys poke me, message me, try to get my number, im and email me from the facebook in the last two months than I have had in all my four years on the LSU campus. Helloooo guys!! I have been walking by your class, passing you in the quad and waiting for you to get out of my way cause you're walking too slow for four years and it takes a stupid website to notice me? There is something wrong with this picture. Trust me ladies, I've had my share of pokes and messages from these guys. They're not that great!! Guys, you gotta do a little work for us! You can't just poke a smokin hot chick and expect her to come to your house to make out within the hour. You gotta find us in person!! If you can't even find someone you like on campus, then the internet's not gonna be much help to you. Guys, don't try to hook up with girls on the facebook, we will think you're a slime ball anyway. Find a girlfriend in a normal way, like school, parties, church and stuff like that. Girls, if a guy is not willing to go the extra mile to meet you off of cyberspace then send him on his merry little way! |
