Music has always been an important part of my life. Every since I was able to walk, I've been dancing and playing music. In 5th grade, I decided that I wanted to be in band and play the french horn. Of course having a HUGE crush on Michael Gordon, the only horn player in the band, helped that decision. Boy, did that one decision change my life. I was in everything musicial possible : school musicials, local community bands, and of coruse drum corps. After high school, I headed to Ithaca College and wow!! what an experience that was. But my private horn instructor and I didn't get along and off to Plymouth State College I went. I graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Music Education.
Of course the French Horn has been the one important factor in all of this. Annabell is a Yamaha 667D horn. That's the facts but Annabell is more than that. She's my extension to the world. She helps me touch poeple's souls through the beautiful melodies I play. (well you hope you hear that coming out of a Horn bell).
