Start off with a sheet of paper for a mat, then have you stash ( weed which should be cleared of all stems and seeds, also break apart any buds ), a roach , and your papers, and a roller if you want.
Arrange the weed on you paper in such a manner, put the roach next to it. Have the gummed side facing away from you when you are rolling.

Pick up the whole ordeal so that the stash is in a rolled position between your thumbs and your forefingers. Gently rub your fingers together creating a rollinbg motion that will pack the weed together, you should start to be able to feel the mix getting more dense. Next roll the whoile mix towards you so that it starts rolling up and is heading towards the gummed side.
Slide the rolled J out of the roller and gently lick the gummed part and smooth it out against the rest of the J. Get a lighter and a pal and toke up, enjoy.
