This was a heartbreaker. A nice BEW buck. Those aren't bloody toenails on his rear foot. Those are the bones of his foot!! |

This is a dropped nest box that the dogs literally ripped apart. It had been 'c' ringed every third space on the side. Just imagine the strength of the dogs jaws that ripped this apart!! |

This is a better picture of the buck. You can clearly see his stripped bare bones. The deputy who is holding him had problems when he saw this bloody foot. The buck died that night, I presume from blood loss and/or shock. |
