Bill of Sale/Purchase Agreement

To the best of my knowledge, the above animal is in good condition and health.  Seller makes no guarantees to the health of any unborn calf.  Following transfer, if the animal should become ill, the buyer must have the animal checked by a veterinarian within 48 hours.  If the veterinarian finds the animal to be of poor health, the same veterinarian's report stating the health problem must be submitted with this contract and said animal for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.  After 48 hours, all sales are final.  Any refunds or exchanges are at the sole discretion of the seller.  Should said animal die or become unfit for use as breeding animals prior to transfer, any payment made will be refunded.

Seller agrees to provide the buyer with any necessary Certificate of Veterinary Inspection, and further agrees to submit to the American Dexter Cattle Association the completed application for transfer and necessary fees for registration in the buyer's name.
The laws of the State of Missouri shall govern the construction and interpretation of this agreement.

This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and any representation, promise, or condition not incorporated herein shall not be binding upon either party.
The undersigned persons, having read and fully understanding the contents of this contract, do hereby accept and agree to the conditions stated therein.
