Ginger is known as Linda's dog. Don't ask how that started? Mom, Chris, and me, really wanted to get this puppy when we went to the Boy Scout Fair held in the Astro Arena. We obviously ended up bringing her home. So I guess that is where that started from. She is a very calm dog, except is terrified of thunder and lightning. She basically has panic attacks everytime it storms. She used to let me dress her up in clothes and hats, when I was little. |

This is how we "ended up" with Roxie. Dad wanted to go looking at washing machines, Chris wanted to go to the pet store and I wanted to look at puppies. Mom was along for the ride. There was this place near where we lived, that had an Appliance Store and a Pet Store next door to each other. On the weekends they sold puppies outside. This was the perfect place! We got the lecture on the way there, that we weren't getting any animals. Dad was looking in the Appliance Store, and mom and I were looking at the puppies, Chris was around too. There was this REALLY cute flea infested puppy there, that the lady could not sell. She got all he puppies from the SPCA... but she had a history on all the dogs. Some lady found Roxanne on the side of the road, and decided to drop her off at this place, but the lady couldn't sell Roxanne since she had no history on her. So she was telling me that Roxie was free and if I wanted her I could have her. Well mom was there and she thought that Roxie was cute. She made me go ask my dad. I drag dad out there, where the puppies where, and he said "No! We aren't getting a puppy!" After seeing Roxanne it made it MUCH easier to convience him that the poor puppy needed a place to live. They say that the free dogs usually become the most expensive. When Roxanne was about a year she began having seizures. She is now currently taking medication for it. |

Roxanne is horrible at catching a ball in the air, but LIKES catching birds outta the sky. She usually will play with them (killing them in the process unintentionally), outside and wanna bring her "treasure" inside. Yuck! |
