SUMMARY: The Tale of Peter Rabbit is a children's book written and illustrated by Beatrix Potter that follows mischievous and disobedient young Peter Rabbit as he gets into, and is chased around, the garden of Mr. McGregor. He escapes and returns home to his mother, who puts him to bed after offering him chamomile-tea.

PLOT : The story focuses on a family of rabbits, the widowed mother rabbit warning her babies from entering a vegetable garden grown by a man named Mr. McGregor, telling them: "your Father had an accident there". Her three daughters went down the lane to pick blackberries. her naughty son Peter enters the garden to snack on some vegetables. Peter ends up eating more than is good for him and goes looking for parsley to cure his stomach ache. However, Peter is spotted by Mr. McGregor and loses his jacket and shoes while trying to escape. He hides in a watering can in a shed, but then has to run away again when Mr. McGregor finds him, and ends up completely lost. After sneaking past a cat, Peter sees the gate where he entered the garden from a distance and heads for it, despite being spotted and chased by Mr. McGregor again. He finds difficulties in wriggling beneath the gate, but manages to escape from the garden. His clothing’s are being used to dress Mr. McGregor's scarecrow After returning home, a sick Peter is sent to bed by his mother whereas his well-behaved sisters receive a sumptuous dinner of milk and berries as opposed to Peter's supper of chamomile tea.

The Tale of Benjamin Bunny
- The Tale of Benjamin Bunny was written and illustrated by Beatrix Potter, and first published in September 1904 by Frederick Warne & Co. The book is a recorded work that continues the story of The Tale of Peter Rabbit that was published in (1902).
SUMMARY: The story is about Peter cousin Benjamin who came to visit and Peter return to Mr. McGregor's garden with his cousin Benjamin to retrieve his jacket he lost during his previous visit. Benjamin decided to fill Peter handkerchief with onions to give to his aunt for a present and he ate a lettuce leaf. Peter lead the way towards the other end of the garden towards home and they saw a cat. They hid themselves under a large basket and the cat sat down upon the top of the basket for 5 hours. Old Mr. Benjamin Bunny went to Mr. McGregor's garden to look for his son Benjamin with a little switch in his hand.
