Responsible for internal compliance with federal and state franchise regulations. Drafted and assisted in drafting varius agreements including asset purchase and sale agreements, licensing agreements and vendor and supplier agreements. Negotiated and reviewed real estate leases for corporate and franchise locations. Assisted with preparation of international trademark applications.

Responsible for assisting outside counsel in revision of the company's Uniform Franchise Offering CIrcular. Negotiated settlements to the company's advantage in several franchise disputes.
