The trip to Tahiti
In May, 1964, Pattie, George, and Cynthia and John Lennon went on holidays to Tahiti. Brian Epstein set everything to be a private trip, even giving the two couples code names. George was Mr. Hargreaves, Pattie was Miss Bond, and the Lennons were Mr. and Mrs. Leslie. They spent some time swimming, snorkelling and sailing from island to island. After 4 weeks they returned to Los Angeles, did a day of sightseeing, and then went back to London, arriving on May 26, 1964.
