Photography
I became interested in using a camera when I signed up for a photography class during the 2nd trimester of my senior year in high school. The first thing we did was learn the different features of the Pentax K1000, a fully manual camera. Next thing was learning the techniques of the dark room. Since I've graduated, I haven't used a darkroom, and that's what I miss about the photography class. I asked my parents for a Pentax K1000 for a graduation gift, but they are no longer manufactured, so instead I received a Minolta 300si. My favorite things to photograph are children, my nephews mostly; closeups of flowers and such; and scenery. Recently I've started taking pictures of my cat because I've discovered she loves to pose for me.
