His Fantasy

There she is,
His fantasy,
Floating down the stairs,
Shrouded in white.
His heart leaps,
He can barely contain
The love he feels
For her tonight.
He reaches out,
Offers his hand.
Her smile is golden,
What a beautiful sight.
Here she is,
His fantasy,
Close beside him,
Lined with silver light.
He can't believe it,
It must be a dream.
It seems too perfect
To be right.
He starts to panic
And pulls away.
Her smile never fades
As he stares in fright.
There she is,
His fantasy,
A figment of his mind,
Translucent and bright.
To admit she's real,
To believe in this angel,
To believe in a dream
On this eternal night
Means nothing more
Than .....

......Finish me please!!!!
