Walking Mystery

I walk these streets alone
As angels tears pour down.
Mirrored in the pools of pain
Is a side of me I cant explain,
The side of me I hate to see,
In spite of what you say.
I wonder why I catch your gaze.
Im a walking mystery.

No one said Id be the one
Reflected in the mirrors.
No one said Id be the one
To stop the angels tears.
Dont watch me as I walk alone, dont call out to me.
Dont wanna hear you, dont wanna see you,
Im a walking mystery.

The angels tried to help before
And I only made them cry.
I taste their tears and feel their pain,
Do they know I feel their pain?
The empty streets, the merciless storm.
I brought this on myself,
But on the world I place the blame.

And as I passed one last mirror,
I felt a hand upon my heart,
And the rain ceased to fall
Had I stopped their angelic tears?
I turned to the mirror hoping to see
The part of me I hate.
Instead I saw a pair of wings.
Im a walking mystery.

Im a walking mystery,
Stopping the angels tears.
Im a walking mystery,
Reflected in the mirrors.
A walking mystery
