<Doggett> (sitting on a bench outside the NY City Morgue) (to Reyes) Still no word from Agent Scully?
<Reyes> (R) Not yet. Do you mind if I smoke? It's been kind of a stressful week.
<Doggett> No, go ahead. I'm gonna use the men's room.
(The coroner, an older man comes out in scrubs)
<Doggett> What do you think?
<Reyes> (pulls out a pack of Morleys) She should be here soon, shouldn't she?
<Reyes>  Well, we should get some answers here.
<Coroner> The toe doesn't match the any of the bodies, sorry.
<Reyes> Well, the body is still missing.
<Doggett> I asked him to compare the toe with the previous victims.
<Reyes> Doggett, did you get some leads on that guy that was renting the room?
<Coroner> Well, if that's all you need from me, I need to get going. It's been a busy week around here.
<Reyes> Thank you for your help.
<Reyes> We need to check on the fingerprints from that room, also.
<Doggett>Yeah, the team is working on it as we speak. it looks like we may have to travel to Vermont. That's the last place our suspect was seen

 (Reyes' phone rings)
<Reyes>(cell phone rings) Hello? Oh, hi Agent Scully. Are you on your way? Oh, you're in the parking lot. Okay, we'll meet you outside. (hangs up the phone)
<Reyes> Scully's out in the parking lot waiting for us.
<Doggett>  Good, let's go...
(A tired looking Scully walks up to the Agents)
<Scully> Looks like I beat you here.
<Reyes>  Hi, Agent Scully.  How are you?
<Reyes> (looking concerned) Are you sure you're up to this?
<Scully> Don't worry, I'm fine. was the toes one from a victim?
<Reyes> No, the coroner just got finished with it.
<Reyes> We seem to have a couple of leads to where the suspect was last.
<Scully> Yes, I've heard... Mulder is already on his way to Vermont,
<Reyes>  I was about to ask where he was.
<Scully> The gunmen tracked the suspect there
<Reyes> (looking around the room) Well, since this place is of no use to us anymore, shall we go?
<Reyes> That's great!
<Doggett> Will you excuse me a minute?
<Scully> ( Looks unsure) ok
<Reyes> Sure. I was about to go out and have a cigarette. Are you okay, Doggett?
<Doggett> Yeah (walks away towards restroom)
<Reyes> Scully, do you want to join me outside for some fresh air.
<Scully> Sure,  how's he doing?
<Reyes> He's frustrated.
<Reyes> (walking towards the doors) He feels as though he needs something solid, and he's not getting it.
<Scully> Well this might help... I learned something interesting form the autopsy....
<Reyes> (curious) Do tell.
<Reyes> (lights up a cigarette and takes a long drag)
<Scully> The killer apparently used an untraceable drug in the victim. It was something that anyone would have missed, but aparently the victim was a diabetic on insulin and this particul;ar drug had a reaction.
<Reyes> So, basically, he slipped up this time? (pulls out a piece of paper) We had a scetch artist interview his previous landlord, Mr. Romanowski. (hands it to Scully)
<Scully> I think so. Once the lab identified the drug, i realized that it is only used at 5 places in the FDA hasn't approved it's use. This would have helped Mulder.
<Reyes> He has a copy of it. Don't worry, Scully, we've covered all our bases, I think.
<Scully> It still wouldn't hurt if i payed a visit to a few of those pharmacies....3 of them are here in NY.
<Reyes> I wonder what's taking Doggett so long?
<Scully> You're right, should we?
<Reyes> Yes.
(Reyes puts out her cigarette and gets up from the bench)
<Scully> Let's go (they walk to the men's restroom, Scully knocks) Agent Doggett? (looks at Reyes)
<Reyes> (looking worried) Agent Doggett? What is going on around here?
(Scully opens the door and walks in Reyes follows behind her. Agent Doggett is no where to be seen)
<Scully> (looks at Reyes) What the?
<Reyes> (Takes a look underneath the stalls)  I don't know. Should we go back inside to look for him?
(outside Agent Doggett, in his car, races away from the morgue, wthout looking back.
<Reyes> (runs after him) (Breathless) AGENT DOGGETT??? What's going on?
<Scully> (catches up with her) I think we just got ditched.
