A) For each character, we will randomly select a specific talent.
B) For each character we will randomly select a certain fault/flaw/weak point.
C) Each character will have have one defensive attack, one offsensive attack, and one weapon (optional). The only way to get more attacks is to a) earn it through something we find impressive (we decide that) or b) one of our random 'gifts.'
D) No characters save Sailor Moon, Sailor Saturn, Sailor Galaxy and Sailor Universe will be more powerful than another. In the beginning, anyways. As we go along in the story, the characters that portray charisma, loyalty, cleverness, and follow the rules to a T may recieve a selected gift (it may include additional powers, increased power level, a new weapon, ect.).
