You will note now that after the 5 years of brainwashing with the "1954" edition, figuring that the use of the repetitive formatting and publishing of that deceitful series of editions, the IRS has returned to the hard back, dark colored editions, dark blue to black.  But inside of the edition the same old routine of fraud, lies and cover up still persists.
