Sunil R. de Silva is a public interest lawyer, and an Environmental Consultant, practicing in Sri Lanka and is a member of the Bar association of Sri Lanka. Former senior State advocate in Zambia. He returned to the country in 1995 to resume his practice of law science then he has appeared and advised clients in some sensational landmark cases relating to environmental protection and resource management. An active member of the Medico-Legal Society of Sri Lanka and Indo Pacific Association for law medicine and science. He has delivered papers at International Forums on resource management and environmental protection.
