I am essentially a self-taught artist, although I learned some skills from the great teacher I had in a college drawing class. I've only taken 1/2 a year of a high school art class and one college drawing class- the rest is just years of practice!
As you can tell tell, I love horses. I have been collecting Breyer model horses since 1987. "Live showing" is what I do with my model horses, which I have been doing since 1990. I make my own tack for my models (saddles, bridles, etc.) and have painted/customized some horses. I am also a co-leader of a horse & model horse 4-H club.
