|
Commissioner Despres has had an up and down season as commissioner. While the league he created has blossomed beyond expectations, his team had a very disappointing season. Despres' Angels struggled to put together solid games, with up and down performances from the commissioner himself. With most of the team made up of multi-sport stars who wouldn't be available in the spring, Despres decided to jump ship to RMW rather than retool. He is very excited about the jump and the chance to claim the bat that Edward J Whiffle left as his trophy. Dane is busy running all facets of the league and especially getting a contract with TV 11 to get some media coverage for the spring. |

UPDATE: President Robbins has left the country to go to California. No word as of yet on his attempts to build a true West Side division.
West Side president Todd Robbins has recently signed with the Bombers. A classic fastball pitcher Robbins is the strongest opponent of the controversial slow down rule. During the fall 03 season he was nearly untouchable on the mound. At the plate he is a focused and fierce hitter. If he has any weakness it is his troubled hamstring. When it flares up he can be a liability on the basepaths. Todd has been actively working on the website this offseason. His big concern for the spring is in keeping the speed rule out of Whiffle ball, or at least out of the West Side. Also he has been working on early productin of the Whiffleball a documentary. |

Isaiah "The Wind" Davis |

League Eastern Prime Minister Isaiah Davis is a charter member of Rheal Mhen Whiffle. A sidearm pitcher who is known to lay down many a bunt, don't ignore his power however as he has taken many a foolhardy pitcher deep with power to left and deep center. Davis is known for having an ear to the Whiffle Underground. He constantly digs up rumors and rumors of rumors before anyone else in the league knows. He has forgotten more Whiffle Gossip then most any other Lawaer has ever known. He uses this information to help with The Whiffle Wind |
