Jumping in Chicago, IL
and Blomingdale, er, ...ton, IN
10/2/99 and 10/4/99
The 'It's Never this Cold in the South in October' Tour of the Midwest.
The Park-n-Fly held up much better than in April.
The Chicago show was lively, full of appreciative fans in a cool theatre,
and followed by a fantastic Guster show.
The Bloomingdale (4th Floor, Ladies Lingerie) show
was sparsely attended but energetic none-the-less.
'Afterlife' was introduced as a Queen cover song -
and I don't think the crowd
(if you can call them a crowd... How many in a crowd?)
knew the difference!

Apologies in advance because I was using 1000 speed film for the first time
and tried to do alot without flash and ooops! got alot of dark pictures.
These are the only ones I could salvage and
even some of them are not very good.
I hope you can find it in your Jumpy little hearts to forgive me.

Chicago Welcomes Back Jump

Matt and Evan, Viv's in Heaven

Is Ev on fire?

Matt: "We're Jump, Lttle Children and we're Guster's Girlfriends."
The Rest of the band: audible gasp

We love those big hair rock moves!
But tall guys in white hats are forever banned from any show I'm going to ever, ever again.

Jay wows the crowd with the juggernaut that is his talent.

Rock on.

We're number 1, dammit, number 1, you hear me!
Not Backstreet Boys, Us!

and Jonny says, 'Well!'

Welcome to Mars or was that Bloomingdale...?

Mood Music.

Evan rocks even on Mars.

There go those Rockette moves again.
Dance, Virginia, Dance!

Roxanne, you don't have to put on that much Red Light...

Matt and Ward sharing the spotlight.

I think they used so much red light
to make us think it was warm even though it was freezing outside.

Ah, the harmonious harmonica of Emperor Matticus.

Jay warms everyone's hearts. Hope you like Red.

OK, we always knew he was hot but this is ridiculous.
Is that a UFO coming to beam him up to Planet HOT?
