Sacrifices, Part Eight

Believers in Christ are grafted into the root of David, this is true, and the origins are Judaic, but not in the way the Church teaches. The original Church that God had in mind was not pharisaically-based but Essene, or Nazarene-based. Paul used his own frame of reference, coupled with his own ignorance and fear of hellfire because he was a murderer, to create something that was totally unreal and only true in his own mind. None of the other disciples agreed with him, and most thought that he was insane and didn't trust him as far as they could throw him.

To review, God does not deal in blood. We have to keep chanting this to ourselves like a mantra when we read the Bible. The Bible is full of blood, and the justifications and rationalizations thereof, all claiming to be done by God's orders and in the name of God. I don't think sodo you? We can look at countless examples of man killing man in the name of God...the later Crusades come to my mind first; the Holocaust, second; and thirdly, the neverending battle in the Middle East that has been going on since time immemorial, as people fight over a piece of ground, when Jesus said the kingdom of heaven is spread out all over the earth.

God left an excellent audit trail in the Old Testament about His hatred for the sacrificial system, and I am pleased to pass it on to you.

Ezekiel 14:12: "One's Righteousness Cannot Save Others"

The word of the Lord came again to me, saying, "Son of man, when a land sins against me by persistent unfaithfulness, I will stretch out My hand against it; I will cut off its supply of bread, send famine on it; and cut off man and beast from it. Even if these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they would deliver only themselves by their righteousness," says the Lord God. (The Israelites in the Wilderness, Book of Exodus.)

"If I cause wild beasts to pass through the land, and they empty it, and make it so desolate that no man may pass through because of the beasts, even though these three men were in it, as I live," says the Lord God, "they would deliver neither sons or daughters; only they would be delivered, and the land would be desolate." (The Origin of Good and Evil: The Forbidden Mysteries of Enoch.)

"Or, if I bring a sword in the land, and say, "Sword, go through the land,' and I cut off man and beast from it, even though these three men were in it, as I live," says the Lord God, "they would deliver neither sons nor daughters, but only they themselves would be delivered." (Jesus, The Synoptic Gospels of the New Testament.)

"Or if I send a pestilence into that land and pour out My fury on it in blood, and cut off from it man and beast, even though Noah, Daniel, and Job were in it, as I live," says the Lord God, "they would deliver neither son or daughter; they would deliver only themselves by their righteousness." (Moses in Egypt, the story of Passover.)

For thus says the Lord God: "How much more it shall be when I send My four severe judgments on Jerusalem - the sword and famine and wild beasts and pestilence - to cut off man and beast from it? Yet behold, there shall be left a remnant who will be brought out, both sons and daughters; surely they will come out to you, and you will see their ways and their doings. Then you will be comforted concerning the disaster that I have brought upon Jerusalem, all that I have brought upon it. And they will comfort you, when you see their ways, and their doings; and you shall know that I have done nothing without cause that I have done in it," says the Lord God. (The Priesthood of Melchizedek: The Melchizedek Truth Principles.)
