All of my kittens are lovingly raised underfoot, are socialized and well adjusted.
My Philosophy:
My philosophy of raising kittens is that they should always be safe, loved, healthy, and socialized. My queens deliver in a 4' x 2 1/2' birthing crate, are moved when kitts are two weeks old to a small gated area 3' x 5', are moved again when kitts are 5 weeks old to an exercise pen on a tiled floor, and are released with kitts into my general population when they are 8 or 9 weeks old, and after kitts first shots. I supplementary-feed baby formula mixed with baby cereal at 4 to 5 weeks of age, weaning gradually to Eukanuba kitten food. My adults eat Eukanuba, also.
My queens are bred only once per year, except under unusual circumstances. I only keep kittens who are show quality, placing the non-show quality in good homes with the condition that they are altered, not bred. I sell show quality kittens with breeding rights under certain conditions. My kittens are available after 12 weeks of age, not before.
